A Song of Contentment


There's a merry song in the heart of me

My spirit soars on high

Though I know not the words

'Tis the song of the birds

And one that shall never die

I walk on fleecy clouds of dreams

My staff of life is laughter

I want all the mad delirious things

Yet peace is what I'm after.
