Kir Royale
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1-2 tablespoons Creme de Cassis
6 ounces champagne
Chilled champagne flute

Pur the cassis into the chilled champagne flute. If you
do not add it first, the champagne will not mix evenly.
Add the champagne, garnish with a raspberry and serve.
