Pimm's Cup
from the bar of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

Ice cubes
2 ounces Pimm's Number 1 Cup
6 ounces Vernor's ginger ale
1 cucumber spear
1 sprig of mint
Put ice in a chilled highball glass or
chilled copper mug. Add the Pimm's
and then the ginger ale. Add the cucumber.
Stir and serve with the mint sprig.

If Vernor's ginger ale is not available use Cock
& Bull ginger beer.

For a Royal Pimms substitute Champagne for
the ginger ale. You may also add a lemon twist.

Double or treble the ingredients to make it by the pitcher.





Remember to drink responsibly
Pregnant women should not drink alcohol.
