Forever Bloom
by Marc Power

I lose myself so softly

in the silence of your eyes

your siren-song is peaceful

charged with gentle lullabies

your skin is soft as gossamer

and your hair as silkened lace

a shining smile lives all the while

upon your radiant face

Roses flower in your footsteps

leaving bouquets in your wake

as a thousand glittering fireflies

dance your tribute on the lake

magick, mystickal, majestick

from my skies you shall depart

then, shall your perfume, forever bloom

in the garden of my heart
