Almond-Ginger Dip
From the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
2 tablespoons grated ginger
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups raw almonds
4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1⁄2 cup water, as needed
Process the ginger, garlic and sea salt until well blended.
Add the almonds and process. Add the lemon juice.
If needed add the water to create a hummus-like texture.
Serve with veggies or pita points.
