Leftover Thanksgiving Dinner Sliders
from the holiday kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John

6 slider rolls
1½ cups stuffing
½ cup sweet potatoes
½ package of cream cheese
6 slices of cheese (cheddar, jack, mozzarella, colby, etc.)
6 ounces turkey
Melted butter
Cranberry sauce

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Lightly grease an 11x8-inch baking dish. Set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and sweet
potatoes until smooth.

Cut each roll in half horizontally. Cut the slices of cheese
to fit each roll. Place 1 slice of cheese on each bottom half.

Divide the stuffing into 6 portions of approximately ¼ cup
each. Pat each portion into a patties to fit each roll
place on top of the cheese.

Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among the sliders
approximately 1 tablespoon each. Top each with 1 ounce
turkey.

Cover with the top halves the of rolls and place in the
prepared baking dish. Brush melted butter on top of sliders.
Cover with foil.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Top each
slider with 1 tablespoon cranberry sauce. Serve immediately.
