Irish Coffee
From the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

112 ounces Irish Whiskey
1 ounce brown sugar syrup
4 ounces coffee
1 pint heavy cream
14 cup Baileys Original Irish Cream

Make sure the cream and bowl are well chilled.
Whip the cream until it starts to thicken.
Gradually add the Bailey's Irish Cream Liquor
and whip until thick, medium peaks form (about
3 minutes).

Combine Whiskey, coffee and syrup in an Irish
coffee mug. Ladle an inch of whipped cream on
top.
