Old Fashioned Egg Salad
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St.John
1⁄8 cup mayonnaise
1⁄8 cup whipped cream cheese with chives
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄4teaspoon white pepper
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery
In a large bowl. Combine the mayonnaise and
cream cheese. Add the lemon juice and blend.
Add the onion, salt and pepper. Stir in the
eggs and celery. Cover and refrigerate.
Yields 3 servings.
