Pisco Sour
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

2 ounces BarSol Pisco Primero Quebranta
1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
12 ounces simple syrup
1 fresh egg white
Ice
Lime wheel for garnish
3 drops Angostura Bitters

Add all the ingredients to a martini shaker and
fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into
a highball glass or Champagne flute. Garnish
with a slice of lime and 3 drops of Angostura
Bitters, which will settle in the foam of the
cocktail. Use a straw to gently swirl the bitters
into a simple design.
