Cold Buttermilk Soup
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
2 eggs
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup lemon juice
4 cups chilled buttermilk
Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice
together in a bowl. Beat the buttermilk and
fold slowly into the egg mixture.
Serve immediately.
