Avocado Hummus Spread
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1 large avocado
1 15-ounce can garbonza beans
1 large lemon
Lime-mojito seasoning mix, to taste

Remove pit and scoop the avocado out of the skin. Place in the
bowl of a bender and pulse. Drain the garbonzo beans and add
to the avocado. Pulse again. Squeeze the lemon and add the
juice and the lime-mojito seasoning mix. Blend until the desired
consistency is attained.

Use as a dip or a sandwich spread

Editor's Note:
You may also use fajita seasoning, Cajun seasoning or a smokey salt.
