1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup apple juice
scoop of banana ice cream
Place all ingredients except the ice into the blender
and push the on button. Add the ice chips and slowly
move the speed up to liquefy to break up the ice chips.
Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
Did you ever wonder what to do with those bananas that
are just about to over-ripen? Peel them and place in a
zip lock freezer bag. For use, cut into small rounds and
use in your next smoothie.
