Strawberry-Sour Cream Fluff
From the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
3 ounces strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 1⁄4 cups ice cubes
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sliced strawberries
6 whole strawberries, for garnish
Mix the gelatin and the boiling water in a 4- cup glass
measuring cup. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add enough ice cubes, stirring until ice melts and liquid
equals 2 cups.
Place the gelatin mixture and strawberries in a blender.
Process approximately 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
Divide equally into 6 stemmed glasses. Cover with plastic
wrap and refrigerate until set, 3 to 4 hours. Garnish each
with whole strawberry.
