Toasted Baguette Round
from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John
1 fresh baguette
Butter or cream cheese
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Cut the baguette into slices between 3⁄8 and 1⁄2 inch thick.
Spread butter or cream cheese onto both sides of the baguette slices.
Place slices on a baking sheet.
Lightly sprinkle the rounds with garlic salt.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 9 to 10 minutes or
until bottoms are nicely toasted.
