1 1⁄2 ounces Aperol
1 ounce crisp Pinot Grigio
2 ounces dry Champagne
Lemon twist or orange slice, for garnish
Place the cubes in a large wine glass.
Add the Aperol, Pinot Grigio and Champagne.
Stir slightly, add garnish and serve.
