Chicken Walnut Sandwiches from the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John Chicken breast , cooked and shredded into small pieces Walnuts, finely chopped Roquefort salad dressing Blue cheese, crumbled Orange Flavoured Zucchini Bread Place the shredded chicken in a bowl with the chopped walnuts. Add a bit of the salad dressing, just enough to hold it together, and mix well. Fold in the blue cheese.
