Ginger Tea
From the kitchen of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

6 thin slices raw ginger
2 cups water
Juice from a small lime
1 tablespoon honey

Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices.
Boil the ginger in water for 10 minutes.

Boil a bit longer, adding more ginger for
a stronger and more tangy tea.

Remove from heat and add lime juice and honey.
