Negroni Cocktail
from the bar of Sharmagne Leland-St. John

1 ounce Sapphire gin
1 ounce Martini Rossi vermouth rosso
1 ounce Campari
Orange peel
Ice

Shake the 3 spirits together in a martini shaker.
Pour into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice
and garnish with a large slice of the orange peel.


Alternative: Substitute 1 ounce Aperol in place of Campari.
